Serious illness and caregiving can suddenly leave you responsible for decisions, conversations, and responsibilities you never expected to carry.
Calm Endings offers personalized education, coaching, and guidance to help you understand what is happening, prepare for what may come next, and navigate the road ahead with greater confidence and support.
We begin wherever you are.
Not sure what you need yet? That’s okay.
This complimentary 30-minute conversation gives you space to tell me what is happening, what feels most overwhelming, and where you feel stuck.
Together, we’ll determine what kind of support would be most helpful — whether that is a focused Clarity & Action Session, ongoing guidance, concierge support, or simply another resource or next step.
There is no obligation to continue working together.
30 Minutes • Complimentary
Sometimes you don’t need ongoing coaching. You need someone to help you slow everything down, understand what is happening, and determine what to do next.
Your Clarity & Action Session begins with a 60-minute private session where we take a deeper look at your circumstances, concerns, questions, family needs, and the decisions in front of you.
Then I do the work behind the scenes.
Depending on your needs, I may research resources available in your area, gather relevant information, organize questions for your healthcare team, identify support options, or create practical recommendations tailored to your situation.
We then meet again for a 30-minute follow-up session within 1–7 days to walk through what I found, answer questions, and help you move forward with a clearer direction.
You may book a Clarity & Action Session whenever you need one. Some families need a single session. Others return when circumstances change or new decisions arise.
No two families need the same amount of help.
You may want someone to check in with regularly and help you make sense of what comes next. You may need weekly guidance as you build plans and navigate changing needs. Or you may need someone to step in much more closely and help you put the pieces together.
All ongoing support begins with a complimentary 30-minute Guidance Call so we can make sure the level of support you choose fits what you actually need.
All plans are month-to-month, may be renewed as long as needed, and can be cancelled at any time.
For individuals and families who want consistent support without needing weekly high-touch involvement.
We’ll use our time together to understand what is changing, work through concerns, organize questions and decisions, and help you feel more prepared for what comes next.
MOST POPULAR
For caregivers and families managing more moving pieces and wanting deeper, more consistent support as circumstances change.
We meet every week, giving us space to stay ahead of questions, decisions, caregiving needs, family conversations, and planning.
At this level, I am not simply giving you information. I help you understand your options, gather appropriate resources, think through the decisions in front of you, and teach and guide you through building the plans and systems your family needs.
If you need a caregiving map, support plan, list of questions for your healthcare team, family communication plan, or help organizing what needs to happen next, we build it together.
For families facing complex, rapidly changing, or especially overwhelming circumstances who need more than guidance alone.
At this level, I take a much more active role.
Rather than simply teaching you how to build the plan, I help build it with you and for you.
That may mean researching local care and community resources, creating personalized caregiving and family maps, helping identify who can take on different responsibilities, preparing family education, organizing questions and conversations, developing step-by-step plans, and adjusting those plans as needs change.
You have priority access to me during regular business hours, so when a question, decision, or new concern arises, you have someone who already understands your family and the bigger picture.
This is for the caregiver who is carrying an enormous mental load and needs someone to help take some of that work off their shoulders.
Because Concierge Support is highly personal and hands-on, I typically work with only one or two families at this level at a time.
Before enrolling, we will have a complimentary 30-minute Guidance Call to make sure we are a good fit, understand what you need from me, and make sure our expectations align.
At times, there may be a waitlist for Concierge Support.
If a space is not immediately available, Guided Partnership can provide significant weekly support while you wait — and we can transition your care if a Concierge opening becomes available and you still need that level of involvement.
Your support is personalized to your life, your family, and your circumstances.
Depending on what you need, we may work through:
You may need help with several of these things — or only one.
We start with what matters most to you.
Calm Endings works alongside your physicians, hospice or palliative care team, therapists, attorneys, and other professionals — not in place of them.
I do not provide emergency, on-call, or skilled nursing care through Calm Endings.
My role is to help you understand, prepare, organize, communicate, and navigate the many pieces that exist between appointments and around the professional care you are already receiving.
You don’t need to choose a package before we talk.
Tell me what is happening. Tell me what feels heavy. Tell me where you feel stuck.
We’ll start there and determine together what kind of support makes the most sense for you.
One-on-one guidance isn’t the only way to feel more prepared.
If you’re not ready for personal coaching, or simply prefer to learn and plan on your own, explore Calm Endings courses, guides, checklists, and practical resources designed to help you navigate caregiving, serious illness, end-of-life planning, and the conversations that come with it.
Start with the support that feels right for you, wherever you are in the journey.
