If you’re the one holding it all together… this is for you.
You may still be working. Parenting. Managing the family. Coordinating appointments.

You don’t need to become an expert overnight.
You just need clear information and a steadier path forward.
This is the beginning of that.

This guide explains one of the most tender parts of the journey — not to scare you, but to help you feel prepared long before you’re in a crisis.
Inside, you’ll learn:
The most common physical and behavioral signs families often notice

Knowing what’s coming doesn’t make it heavier. It makes it clearer.
When families don’t know what to expect, they often live in a constant state of alarm — questioning every change, second-guessing every decision, and carrying regret before anything has even happened.
Understanding the process doesn’t remove the heartbreak.
But it does offer something precious: steadiness.
This is for you if…
You’re supporting a parent, partner, or loved one with a serious or terminal diagnosis
You want to do this with dignity — and you want to feel confident you’re making informed choices
You feel overwhelmed by medical language, mixed messages, or family opinions
You want guidance that is calm, clear, and practical — without being cold
You’re the planner… and you’re tired of carrying it alone

Hi, I’m Katrina.
I created Calm Endings because families deserve more than rushed conversations and fragmented information during one of life’s most profound transitions.
I’m an End-of-Life Guidance Coach with a bachelor’s degree in nursing and over a decade of experience working across healthcare settings, including acute care and hospice. Over the years, I witnessed how quickly people are moved through complex medical systems — especially at the end of life — often without the time, clarity, or support families truly need.
End-of-life care is not only about the person who is dying.
It affects the entire family.
Calm Endings exists to offer what the system often cannot: time, clarity, and compassionate guidance. My role is to help families understand the medical process, prepare for what lies ahead, and navigate this season with greater confidence and peace — alongside their medical team, not in place of it.
This work allows me to support families in the way I always hoped to: unhurried, grounded in real clinical experience, and deeply respectful of the emotional reality they’re living through.
When you’re ready, there’s deeper support available.
Some families want more than a guide — they want someone to walk beside them as the weeks change, questions arise, and decisions land.
If that becomes you, you’ll have a clear next step after you receive the free guide.
For now, start with clarity.
